  This was one of the cleanest TB's I've been in, in a VERY LONE time. The food was fast, fresh and tasted amazing. Unfortunately, the restaurant looked short staffed but the crew came together and made it look like an easy Saturday night with max staff. Thank you to the staff who were working. It definitely showed that you are about the customer and you take pride in your job and positions. It was a very pleasant hot meal for a fast food restaurant.

  I travel for a living so I eat out a lot. Taco Bell’s are a good number of those meals. By far this location beats the rest with food prep and presentation. Tacos were full like you see on commercials, not half empty as found at many locations. Cinnamon twist were well covered with cinnamon, not a half filled bag of twist with one or two that has a little cinnamon. My compliments to the staff of this location for their dedication to preparing food to high standards.

  This Taco Bell in DeWitt is hands down the most incompetent, poorly run fast food place I’ve ever stepped foot near. Every single visit is a complete disaster, insanely long waits for no reason, and then they still manage to screw up your order almost impressively bad. Missing items, wrong food, cold garbage that looks like it was slapped together with zero effort. It honestly feels like nobody there gives a damn, like the entire place is running on pure laziness and zero accountability. The food quality is a joke, skimpy portions, stale ingredients, and nothing ever tastes fresh. And don’t expect any kind of customer service either, because you won’t get it. At this point it’s beyond frustrating, it’s just straight up pathetic. I’ve given this place way too many chances and it fails every single time. Save your money and your sanity, this place is absolute trash.

  Iv been here so many times and it seems like everytime my order is never right. Tonight I paid for 2 beefy 5layer burritos and they weren't in my bag and my lux 9 buck box came with everything but the cheese for my chips. This location is not a place to visit unless you like to pay for thing you don't receive
