  Very disappointing experience at the drive-through today. The staff member (a lady) was rude and aggressive when I asked about the $4 Biggie Bag offer, and she wasn’t willing to explain the options. Even at the payment window, her attitude remained unprofessional. On top of that, the food and fries were cold. Definitely needs a lot of improvement in both customer service and food quality.

  A man took my order, got it wrong, when I got to the window a lady asked me what I had and I corrected her and she wanted to sit there and argue with me. Said “she was listening I never said any of that” etc. had me pull up for 20 mins I went back around they gave away my food and said they switched to lunch so there’s nothing they can do.

  Workers were horrible with bad attitudes. When we pull in and the woman working the drive thru is yelling at the customer, it does not contribute to my experience. Hit the drive thru and got baconator fries and was not given a fork. Ordered 2 drinks and got 0 straws. Was missing a fry. Horrible experience overall and absolutely will not return.

  For the last year+ this Wendy's has been doing great. They got a new manager, Bri, and she has really helped improve the quality of the food, the accuracy of service, and the overall experience at this location. My co-workers and I used to skip Wendy's as an option until Bri got this location on the right track. Now we stop in almost every week. The burgers are made right, taste great, and the place is really clean. We've been going there so much Bri even recognizes us and always gives us a great big hello.

  I come through this Wendy's a few times a week always at the same time and usually I don't experience problems however this week I came through on two separate occasions where the Male manager on the breakfast shift has been very rude to me. The first time was because he arrived at the time that they were supposed to be open. And the second time was because he had just arrived and didn't have anything prepared yet. I'm a very understanding person and can understand being late or not having anything ready but you don't have to be rude to your customers to convey your message.
