  The staff was extremely rude. To be fair, they told us we could only do door dashes or mobile orders and since we were the only guests we waited at the speaker. we took a bit longer than expected to order so we pulled up and then proceeded to pull back after a few minutes while still being the only ones there. a staff member rudely told us we couldn’t sit there with no order and they all act so tough yelling over the speaker and my friend addressed her making threats in the background (yelling like a weirdo) then she rudely told me my fry was full after i told her it wasn’t.

  I placed a mobile order they did not have ice cream. I ordered two Oreo McFlurry and they only gave me one smoothie as a replacement but not a second one and they did not remove the charge. Do not go here ever.

  Pulled up to place my order started placing my order for the young lady in drive thru to cut me off and say sorry we only doing DoorDash or mobile pick up only.. piss me off literally had to pull over to the side and place my order.. then pull back around to let them know I place a mobile order the young lady literally ignore me as she was sitting in drive thru on her phone.. it’s always a problem when I visit this location!

  Easily one of the worst McDonald's in all of metro Detroit. Once was told during breakfast they were only serving hash browns and beverages. Today I overheard an argument on the drive thru speaker. Expect long wait times here.

  I went to the drive thru I ordered2 happy meals, 3 McDouble meals and 2 mcchicken meals when I went to get my food they gave me 2 happy meals, 1 McDouble meal, and 2 mcchicken meals. When I wanted to order and pay for the other meals they wanted me to get back in line. No way. That was bad customer service. Now I have 7 grand kids and 5 meals worse experience ever!!!
