  Person was on their cell phone while I waited for a receipt. Had to go to the wait window because the food was fresher? 3 minute drive to where I was going and the food was cold.

  Worst mcdonalds experience yet. Crew members actively ignored me while checking with others who arrived much later. Took 15 minutes just to get my large coke that was marked as ready twice before I got it

  It's impossible to get anything done here. And the staff really ignore you while the incompetently fuddle around for orders that they can't seem to figure out go where. All the employees look overwhelmed, possibly overworked, and honestly look like they hate being there. It's an overall miserable experience. And I i am not sure if there was any love, put into the flute quincy, but considering it took 20 minutes to get, I'm assuming it might have. I hope the owner pays his employees better or just pays better.In general, to get better employees because this ain't it.

  This is my go to McDonald’s by going into this drive-through all the time of my hours a days I’m never like this but all I gotta say is that management needs to reach rain a couple of workers I’m not pointing any fingers I’m not like that type of person, but the smart feedback that’s where it took me into these comments of the feedback to give to So the lil young man needs to be talked to in uniform needs to be set in form👏🏽 And not answering my question about a frappe that I do not feel comfortable of drinking of God knows what if you did touch anything to it. I’m not drinking this. The thing is I just want my refund and that’s fine. And my receipt number is 1377 $12.79 That’s how much I paid

  "To the General Manager, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had at your location on March 5th around 10:00 PM. I live only 30 seconds away from this restaurant. When I arrived, the lobby doors were locked, but I saw staff inside. A staff member informed me that only online delivery or Drive-Thru orders were being accepted. Since I do not own a car, I asked if I could walk through the empty Drive-Thru lane to place an order, but I was told 'No.' I find it difficult to understand why a customer on foot is refused service when the Drive-Thru lane is completely empty and the lobby is closed. I would like to clarify: 1. Is it an official McDonald’s policy to refuse pedestrians in the Drive-Thru even when there is no vehicle traffic? 2. Was this refusal based on safety protocols, or was it at the discretion of the staff on duty? I felt very unwelcome and would appreciate a clear explanation of your store's policy regarding neighbors who wish to purchase food but do not have a vehicle during late-night hours. I look forward to your response.
