Ivan and the rest were a great help. Whomever was responsible for the shift, expediting. Worried about a customer having ONE extra bag after asking for one and about the promotion for the survey. Her attempting to refute my statement regarding the survey along with attitude vocalizing her lack of care that I needed a extra bag! Only to be wrong about Wendys not offering anything for surveys. SHE SHOULD KNOW WHAT THE STORE OFFERS AS A PROMOTION/DISCOUNT FOR THE SURVEY rather than gatekeeping bags.

Be ready to wait! The staff thinks you are being paid by the hour while in line.
Only come if you have an hour to spare!
The large woman working the inside register can only take one order at a time. Waddled around for ten minutes then took the next order, regardless of how many people are in line.
Break neck speed of 3 orders per hours!
Do drop in if you enjoy looking at the back of the cashier, ignoring you, while moving at the speed of continental drift.
Can't comment on the food because I walked out after 15 minutes waiting in a line with only 2 people in front of me.
I can accept one meal prepared every 15 minutes at a sit down actual restaurant, but at a fast food burger chain that is ridiculous, it's this level of customer service that closed the Burger King across the street!

I've been a huge fan of Wendy's my entire life and I REFUSE to spend another dime there if they're going to pass this trash off as food. Iceberg lettuce is absolutely disgusting, especially when it heats up. Picking it off doesn't even work, it leaves a wet disgusting flavor. I had to toss my burger in the garbage as it was COMPLETELY inedible. I'm so disappointed. Wendy's was my only safe fast food.
