Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service in the drive through for lunch yesterday and breakfast today, plus both times the order wasn’t right and then both times I was treated like I was in the wrong for even bringing up that I didn’t have the correct items

The manager on duty today is on it! She was so kind, professional and fun. The food was hot and fast. The manager really made all the difference though. You can tell she loves working with people!

This place was struggling for a while but Bri is really doing a great job pulling it back together. Myself and my coworkers come here often and it has gotten so much better! We have spoken to Bri and she genuinely seems to care about her job and it’s great to see!! Keep it up!

Just left from there getting 2 parmesan chicken salads( which I get all the time from other Wendys). Got all the way home, opened the salads up and the chicken was so old, beige and hard as a rock. Me and my husband thought it was croutons. Called back up there, and there was no answer. Had to drive back and the manager acted nonchalant, after he even opened the salads and clearly seen how bad the chicken looked. No apology, offer to replace or even credit offered. I will never go here again, the entire experience was terrible!! I've never felt the need to return food or even write a negative review but this restaurant is terrible and should be re-staffed. I can't believe they even passed that mess out the window, I wouldn't even serve my dog anything that looked like that!!
