    Great service and good food. Clean inside the dining area. The bathroom was out of order so I marked down due to that.

    This is 1 of the worst Wendy’s in the city of Detroit. This red head young employee at the drive through window sitting on her phone instead of taking orders. It was 5 cars in line total and I was the 3 rd car at the speaker. This girl never said just a minute, please hold, nothing!! So I had been waiting already 5 minutes at the speaker before I just pulled around. I asked the girl when I got to the window after she made me wait until she finished texting, she asked me “What’s yo order” I asked is the speaker broke, she shook her head no. I then told her what happened assuming she was going to take my order. No she didn’t and she closed the window and got back on her phone. I had to wait for the car in front of me to pull off and go somewhere else to get me some food. I can only hope that the managers start making these kids learn professionalism. Give customers service properly. This is horrible!

    I'll never eat here again. I WALKED all the way up there after placing a mobil ordered just for the employees to tell me they "got in late and weren't open & I had to cancel the order". Somehow, my order in the app was "picked up" even though they told me they were closed. 24hrs later and I still don't have my money back. I was understanding until I saw my order as picked up and for whatever reason, I can't get my money back? Yeah it's a no for me.
