Honestly, it doesn’t need any salt at all—it would taste much better without it. And the lobster fries are made with the wrong type of French fries. The best fries are the ones from Bates Restaurant on Middlebelt and Shiawassee. If Urban Grill used the same kind that Bates sells, their lobster fries would be sold out every single day!
