They didn’t have any bananas or strawberries to put on my açaí bowl. The manager didn’t have the knowledge to know what to do. I wouldn’t recommend this location to a dog. They don’t answer the phone. The floors were dirty and it smelled like they use dirty mop water.

I guess I accepted the “I just work here” excuse mainly because I wouldn’t expect him to be able to fix the rewards system as a cashier at the register but Tropical Smoothie needs to fix this immediately.
