I appreciate how she handled everything and was very professional. I left very happy and will definitely recommend this restaurant. Service was fast also.

I ordered a wrap, flatbread, and smoothie got a cold wrap and flatbread and no smoothie. Then when I went to call the store (at 7:45 PM, over an hour before they close) I was told to call back in the morning. Now I admit I should have stopped there but I called back a little bit later to just explain the situation, I was not rude in the slightest, I have worked at a different TSC and understand the job side and she then hung up on me while I was trying to explain. This felt incredibly unfair and uncalled for, now I understand the workers are not always at fault in these situations but I at least expect kindness in return.

You can read through her body language she doesn’t want to be there and gets mad when you add more stuff to your order. This is my first time writing a review on google and it’s a bad one lol. How is it possible I get my drink first and then make eye contact with the girl who’s making only drinks and ignoring my food and only made it when I physically went up to her 15 min after getting my drink. Fire her she’s terrible and easily replaceable it’s downtown Detroit anyone wants to work.
