I ordered my food, but when I took a picture of another customer’s jacket (which I thought was cool), the cashier, Treasure, questioned me asking why are you taking a picture of him? and I said because i can. then she proceeded to take a picture of me. After the gentleman was done, ordering, he came and sat next to me and I explained to the him that I took the picture because his jacket was really cool, and I had sent it to my brother, who was on the phone with me. My brother even spoke to the gentleman over the phone, also complimenting his jacket. he said it was no problem and even gave the details on where he got it from. While we were in the middle of that conversation, Treasure came up to me with a refund, and I was confused. I looked at her, and she told me she wasn’t making my smoothie. I asked the other worker if he could make it, but he said he didn’t want to force Treasure to do something she didn’t want to. At that point, since my smoothie was refused and refunded without my consent and I had also ordered food I completely lost my appetite. I went back to the register and asked for a refund for my entire order. While this was happening, I tried calmly asking Treasure what the issue was or what I had done wrong, and she completely ignored me. The environment felt hostile and uncomfortable. I felt judged, dismissed, and disrespected as a customer. This experience was very unprofessional, and I did not feel welcomed at all. One star hostile vibe, lack of professionalism, and no respect for customers. Down below is the picture that I had took for reference
