  Ordered Meatloaf and gravy it was definitely not meatloaf it was something shaped like a piece of meatloaf very mushy like bread. I have never seen anything like it. Use to be one of my favorite restaurants in the city sad to see it decline.

  The prices on the menu are different from the cashiers computer. I ordered a pickup order on DoorDash it said it would be ready at 11:30am, I got there and the cashier said I didn’t press pick up order yet you still have at least 20 more minutes for your order. I sat in the cold lobby for 30 minutes waiting an hour total for an online order.

  The food is sometimes OK but the customer service is horrible. Every time I’ve purchased my food from there. The service is very very bad. They are rude and act like that they do not want to be there which detours me from even going there sometimes because I don’t wanna have to deal with their attitude. I picked up my order and I walked out the door and was putting my food in the back and noticed all my sauce is spilt and took a bag. I went back in to show them and their reply was we know we did not give that to you like that I stated I didn’t even open the bag so evidently someone did not put the top on the sauce tight. They just had a bad attitude instead of saying they were sorry that it happened and acted like it was my fault but every time I go there, their attitude is very nasty. They really need to clean that up.
