    Absolute trash. But I’ll probably order from here 100 to 200 more times. Even bad Taco Bell is still good Taco Bell. Probably 300 more times, then that’s it.

    I was in the Drive-Thru they had me leave out of drive through to come inside the building to take my order just to continue taking orders through the drive-thru I could have stayed in drive through and got my order I was in the extremely too long

    We arrived at the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of us. We waited 5 minutes to order. We asked several times for mild sauce during the ordering interaction. We then proceeded to wait 15 minutes for our order. Again, at the window, we asked for mild sauce. The girl in the window nodded and passed us our order. We drove off, and then discovered once we were home that they didnt include ANY SAUCE WHATSOEVER. When a person asks for mild sauce 4 times, how on earth can you forget to include the one thing that they reminded you to include repeatedly. These people are incompetent, and most likely, smoking something other than a cigarette. Good lord. No one wants to eat Taco Hell without the sauce. That's how you force down the food you got out of exhaustion and desperation down. Do better people. No wonder the reviews for this establishment are so bad. Franchise owner, we hope you read your reviews, but its pretty evident that you dont, or you couldn't care less. We won't come back. We'd rather drive 15 mins out of our way to the Ferdale location than deal with this circus. Your establishment has been repeatedly incompetent.
