I ordered delivery and my food NEVER came, after spending $50+ i called a million times for 2 whole days due to no transportation at the time, for a refund, and no answer, i finally went up to the store for it and they are just completely lost on giving me my money back, even though i made the purchase through THEIR app, they are telling me that theres no way and that i have to contact doordash who cant do anything because i PAID subway NOT doordash. I tried contacting the subway customer care and they dont respond either, i sent multiple emails and nothing but a “resolved” email and i havent even spoken to anyone! Like what are you all doing?! Stealing peoples hard earned money for the most mid sandwiches in the world that i couldve just made at home is insane to me. I wouldnt have cared so much if i hadn't spent over $50+ here but this is ridiculous. The manager was even confused and its sad that i come to an establishment where theres no proper training even for a manager to have adequate and accurate information for me getting my refund that i made through THEIR app that went to THEIR store.

The employees always go over and beyond to make sure my sandwich is made to my liking. The gentle man with glasses that usually works nights usually makes my subs when i get off work, and im never disappointed! That man deserves a raise! Could be having the worst day, and walking into this store always brightens my mood! Thankyou guys! Keep up the good work!!!
