- RRR.6 days ago1.0I entered the store and there was 1 customer ahead of me. 10 minutes later, a woman appeared and said "what you want". I told her which sandwich, she asked what bread, and before I could answer she snapped " what bread"!!! I told her the bread, asked for her to add bacon, and her retort was what cheese? The menu clearly states what goes on the meatball marinara, but I got the impression she had no idea. I said provolone, she muttered something I couldn't hear,and said aloud, anything else? She either didn't hear or ignored me when I said add bacon, so I repeated it, which she was not happy with. The menu clearly states that this particular sandwich comes with pepperoni and provolone, but she neglected to put the pepperoni on it. The only saving grace was, as I was leaving, there was a young man outside smoking weed who said" thanks for coming, enjoy your meal" . Her attitude is why I avoid going to places like this in the city.

The employee was rude to us stating we shouldve Come inside. The drive-thru was created literally for people Who do not wish to get out of the vehicle. Stating that it could hold up a line that wasn't present. Complaining about variables that dont exist is VERY interesting. My family I frequent Subways in general. This was very unfortunate on their end. Please consider hiring people that like what they do for a living.
