- JAJ L AssassinSep 14, 20251.0Now, this is my 1st time here at this location. Visiting from out of town. I simply asked if they took coupons. Young lady said no. Cool. I asked could I use the bathroom. She said they don't have a Public Bathroom. Now, I NEVER SAID I wasn't buying anything. The only thing I really eat is Subway and as I haven't eaten all day, again, never said I wasn't eating. I have never in all my visits been to a Subway and told that it was closed to Public. I asked again about it and doubled down with an attitude. I asked for a receipt with an address on it to get a number. She said that it doesn't matter, nothing is going to happen. This is Thee 1st Subway I've been to with absolute Piss Poor customer service! It already has a 2.9. and thats probably customers giving it grace! Wouldn't recommend this location if it was the last place on earth to eat! Train your employees here for better customer service. I hadn't eaten all day so the coupons not the issue however, supporting a store with a bathroom I can't use and I really need to go, NO! 🙅🏾♀️
