- AKAlicia KrolFeb 12, 20261.0They sell previous days' bread -cookies-meats. My family lives about 5 minutes away from this subway and so far its a hit and miss. The main reason is they save the previous days bread (especially those that sell the least) and use it the next day -- so its not "fresh". On several occasions between me, my mom, and my siblings , we've all been given bread that was hard, where the employee said they could heat it up to soften it. By the time we got home, it was hard and stale. The employee said it was "hard", they forgot to mention that it was from (yesterday or another previous day). Same thing thing with their cookies. And the meat, I got sick one time from a turkey sandwich. And don't order through the app.....a lot of times they may be out of something but they still act like the put it on. When you come in they tell they don't have it but won't give money back for the extra charge (it was either guacamole or avocado in my case). Aside from my one time I ordered online (above staetment)...the service though, is usually good.

- DDdestinyDec 10, 20251.0I’ve had a bad experience for The first time here burnt My Bread so bad I couldn’t eat it . went back for It to be fixed and they was petty about it waving The bread In face like a child .. and every time I order there after hoping to give them a chance chance they mess my Order up got a veggie with barley any lettuce… another time i order a sub and told them what I wanted and they put onions which I didn’t order messed the whole taste and sub up …. please dont Go here they are unprofessional rude and just not worth your money
