    Rude employees. Closed 45 minutes earlier than their stated hours. If this isn’t a corporate owned store, McDonald’s should remove the owner of this store immediately. Giving mcdonalds the worst image possible

    I am upset with Google for not having zero stars. I am also upset with myself for not reading the other reviews first but I figured it's not a five star restaurant it's McDonald's right??? I literally had to run out of the GM building because had I stayed all of my years of education, faith and self control would have gone out of the window. I would probably be in jail for snatching one of those rude, ignorant, heffas over the counter (including the manager). It all began with broken hash browns that I was returning for some solid ones and I was short one. The manager says "they weren't like that when we put them in and maybe your kids ate one of the hash browns". 😳😳😳 was my first reaction. Clearly customer service 101 is not taught here. By the time this catastrophe was over three of the employees and the manager were yelling at me as I kept pissing them off by saying "just give me the hash browns and a receipt that I can read" (because the ink was running out and the receipt had maybe 10% visibility). I also asked for all of their names and as the one young lady wrote hers down she says "next time you need to come get the food yourself instead of sending your kids" 😧😒😡. It was going to be me or her at that moment. I have never, ever experienced anything like it in my life. This is not a review based on race because they were all African Americans and so am I. This is a review about what's right. Don't give your money to people who treat us like that...I politely asked for my money back before I exited stage left. GM should be embarrassed to have them in their building and McDonald's should be embarrassed that they wear their uniforms.
