  I come here often even acquired alot of points. Yesterday was my birthday when I decided to go ahead and use my points and get a quarter pounder. I asked for no onions or ketchup. The reason I constantly come and place my order that way is because the onions upset my tummy and im allergic to ketchup. Usually they get it right no problem. But on my birthday they literally gave me a dry burger with 4 corners of mustard like I was causing some sort of issue. I went home put mustard on my burger and just ate it. It only intensified my already bad day. But hey today I went back like a dumb Azx and like Usually they get it right but naw they don't like the way I order my food. So I decided to use my code for my birthday and I wanted a triple cheeseburger which what I always get but they scraped of the onions and gave me 4 corners of mustard again. I feel like the burger maker hates me it was my last 5 that suddenly popped on my card. I thought it was some sort of miracle from the Lord but overall im good and still appreciate the food but it had onions and my birthday fries man it just hurt my feelings low key that people don't genuinely care for others or want to make another person smile. But im really disappointed in my experience here. Definitely a gamble now coming to this location so I won't come again with my no ketchup or onions. Thanks for not poisoning me with ketchup tho.

  Third time in a row I've had a order messed up. I'll no longer be patronizing this location. Ordered Bacon/Cheese Quarter Pounder No onion No pickles No ketchup. Add mayo and extra bacon. Received. No mayo, no mustard. Extra onion and ketchup. I can't have onions. By the time I noticed they were closed. Ordered via app. Im tired of people not reading the order and doing whatever they want to get you off the line. $7 burger i can't eat because im allergic to onions. Once I can understand but 3 times. Im tired of complaining because it goes unheard and they just don't care. Worst location in the city by a large margin

  when i first pulled up to place the order, the lady was rude. asking me for the app code when i told her that i had to explain i had BOGO offer for my breakfast from a previous receipt and she responded with “oh”. i ordered a breakfast sandwich, received a breakfast muffin after i told the lady i wanted the breakfast sandwich that came with an egg and cheese which is the buscuit. called back because i looked at my receipt and saw that i was charged 4 instead of 2.79 because i gave the cashier my BOGO receipt with the survey code and thats when i realized i had the wrong order. i called the restaurant back and the lady was very rude and when i politely asked for an explanation she said “did you look at the tax?, one muffin is $4” and “ok” after i asked her to walk me through why my order ended up costing $4 and hung up on me before i could even explain that i received a muffin and not the biscuit. no concern for a resolution or please return so i can fix your order. this is my first and last time at this location. fast food workers need to realize they can choose their profession, you do not have to be mean and miserable and take it out on the customers. i used to work in customer-facing for food and i never was rude to the point where i hung up in customer’s faces, especially when they were polite and well-mannered. i already did my survey AND left feedback via the McDonald’s feedback link. hopefully they can improve their customer-service but i’ve noticed that McDonald’s in general have changed, whenever i go in person there’s NEVER a person ready to greet you at the register anymore and you have to wait 10-15minutes before being acknowledged, as if im going to a 3 to 4-star dine in restaurant😂. the app or drive thru truly is the best method to order from this place nowadays for accuracy and fastness.
