I only go to McDonald’s a few times a year, mostly at airports. Compare to my last experience at Seattle airport, this place seemed under staffed, and you can’t see any enthusiasm from the employees. They are busy, but they are not that fast. The food was brought out in batches, but they are not very hot. They could put the kiosk near the outside of the store if that’s possible, so many people are waiting in that area. This is a Sunday afternoon and the airport it’s not that busy.

The food was stale, moldy, and under-cooked. The staff was very rude and put bacon on a burger that wasn't supposed to. The floor had trash, trash, trash, and even more trash. In the back I saw the fryer had fry's laying everywhere. Definitely not coming back

My son lost his video game in this McDonald’s on 1/4/26. This was an incredibly busy day. I never thought he would see the game again. I went back two hours later on the off chance that may be someone may have turned it in, but never expecting to get it back. Imagine my surprise when a wonderful angel by the name of Jacob Informed me that he had indeed found the game and turned it into his manager. The manager happily handed the game to me and both employees refused any type of reward or compensation. I am speechless that there are still wonderful, kind and honest people in this world. In a world of Karen’s, how about being a Jacob instead? This is one phenomenal young man. Thank you Jacob!

If your flight is close to boarding skip this McDonalds. extremely long waiting. bad service. This is a money trap. I waited 40min to get a burger, drink, and small fries and it was not busy compared to other McDonald elsewhere.
