Fries were hard, cold...maybe to be expected. Bun burnt. I called DD immediately for a refund. I am reaching out to McDonald's headquarters on this one since the manager has chosen to have a non working phone for customers to call in on. That food is HARD CORE TRASH at best. You only received one star because I had to select a star to write the review
