I mostly have amazing experiences here. Foods got some quality over the other surrounding McDonald’s. This morning there was a lot of confusion involving my rewards, my coffee and pricing. I was kinda irritated but not at the employees. Then I got to my 13 hour work shift that I cannot leave and my sandwich looks like this!!! (Must have misheard me, no big deal, it happens) I only attached pics so you can understand why what I’m about to say is so important I was very upset. Feeling defeated cause ya girl is BROKE RIGHT NOW and I was very clear on what I wanted was so hungry. instead of getting mad I just called and explained with full context of what happened and the manager Andrea was SO accommodating and polite and reminded me of exactly why I come to this store over the others every time and why I chose patience and will be back. I believe customer service Is about accountability and this story always has it, where as other places treat you like an inconvenience if you correct them AT ALL…… these ladies never do that! They also have a great attitude every single morning and I want to make it known that if you need some McDonald’s you should pick this one without question. The girl normally at the pay window is super sweet and I wanna give her props. As well as the girl with the high pony tail at the pic up window (she actually brightens me day) They take care of their customers and that deserves reward these days. Can’t seem to get this kind of service from any fast food place anymore so I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU GUYS. Thank you 💕 See you soon, A satisfied yet hungry for now custo!

I ordered a breakfast that was absolutely at least a day Old The muffin was hard and burnt, and the sausage have been sitting for daysThe manger needs to fire everybody that place is a zoo.#McDonald’sInTheNewCenterArea awful 😣 And I had to go in to get my refund. She left me at the window for 10 minutes and made me wait on my refund. and I had to go in the the store.. the devil is a lie close McDonald’s 🤦🏽‍♀️
