I have noticed a trend with most fast food places they don't automatically given a customer condiments anymore, one would have to ask and I think it should be a given according to purchase...no big deal just an observation. The price no problem.

Press the drive-thru button and I end up going in because it was a long line, remember, I only ordered one coffee. I go in the young lady at the register, I let her know that I ordered from the mobile app and paid already all I ordered was a coffee and I hit the drive-thru button and I end up coming in because of the long line. She told me that I had to go back through the drive-thru. I said, you couldn't just grab my cofffee. She said, NO. So I asked for the manager, she comes up front looking confused in a days like all the rest of them in the back. I politely asked her if she could get my coffee I had ordered it from my mobile app and end up coming in because of the line. She said no, I would have to go through the drive-thru.. So I repeated it one more time stating that all I have is a coffee and it's paid for already can I please have my coffee. And she said no. So since you're the manager I wanted to know how to cancel the order on the mobile app. She had no clue of what to do on the mobile app, so I left the establishment. And I'm very disgusted and glad to let everyone know that this place is a dump. It was dirty and the staff is very uneducated on customer service. Oh and I forgot, the lady at the register said, I gotta see if we even have any coffee lol NEVER AGAIN... E for effort
