I don’t typically write reviews, especially negative ones, but unfortunately our experience here warrants sharing.
There were a few positives to start— the atmosphere had a nice concept, including a live saxophone player, which added a unique touch. However, we were seated very close to the musician, and it ended up being so loud that it was difficult to have a conversation at our table.
Service throughout the meal was quite slow. We waited a long time for our food, and when it arrived, it wasn’t hot. There also appeared to be a mix-up with my order, which caused an additional delay while my dish was remade.
While some in our group enjoyed the flavor of their meals, there were concerns. My mother felt something was off after just a few bites of her food and chose to send it back and not order anything else.
Unfortunately, the most concerning part of our experience came after we left. My mother became sick on the way home, and by the next day, the rest of our family—myself, my husband, and our two children—also experienced symptoms consistent with food poisoning.
I understand that every restaurant can have an off day, but this was a very difficult experience for our family. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and reviews their food handling and preparation practices to ensure the safety of their customers.

First time and only time going here… No fault to our server (he was attentive and great) but we will not be returning. First, everything we tried to order off the menu, they were out of… literally every choice I made until I had to just pick something that I could settle on. I ended up getting the southerner, and it was okay, but was super salty. For being in the Westin, and having amazing ambiance (great decor and a DJ) I expected to pay more for the food, thinking it would be higher quality, but I would have been happier going to a diner or somewhere else that had all of their items available- especially because it was such a small menu to begin with.

Wife wanted to surprise me with a nice breakfast downtown, we were very disappointed. Most proteins on the menu were out. Only options were shrimp. No steak no salmon no biscuits and gravy. Service was acceptable and the atmosphere was nice but for the prices you shouldn't have to go with your 4th or 5th option.

Atmosphere really nice. Came for brunch, got here at 1PM and did get my food until 4:30PM (they are now closed). Food is kinda cold and took a minute to be noticed to receive drinks as well. It’s now dinner time, came from TikTok and never again.

Terrible food, service, and a ripoff.
We decided to try this place before the hockey game and OMG what a DISAPPOINTMENT.
I made reservation on January 7 for nine people for January 31 the day that was in the single digit outside and their heating unit was not working. They didn’t even bother to let us know before our reservation. When we walked in it was freezing the hostess assured me to bring couple space heater, which they did not work. I had three toddlers that were shivering in that place. it took 3 cups of cappuccino to get one warm every other one was cold and they serve them in a water glass 🤦♀️To make matters worse, they up charge you without mentioning it.they got most of our order wrong and took forever.
by the time we got it was cold ,terrible and not very appealing. I don’t believe this place has a chef just bunch beginners.
this place don’t have any experience in restaurants and hospitality.
For the management that’s reading this you need to run an honest business if you want to be successful.
so yes you made $371 that day but you lost a future business and moor customers.
