LCA was a 3 minute walk. This will be our go to food place for those shrimp tacos. The servers were awesome.

Everything was going very well for us until Gabriella brought our bills and we discovered we were being charged a gratuity for her services. 20% per customer. She walked passed us and made eye contact with us during those 10mins, however she continued to stand around and eat her food while her pregnant co-worker followed suit. Sadly, we ended up just walking out. She tried to catch us at the door, but we just told her "no thank you, we're gonna try somewhere else." My friends were not from Detroit and was expecting better service than they received. Never got a chance to even look at a menu. Would not recommend this place.

HARRY’S Upper Deck also has seating for 125 with an open-air view of Downtown Detroit. The Upper Deck is available for private events, luncheons, dinners and receptions.
