I have been coming here for some time. While the food has been good, the customer service was poor on my last visit. I ordered the rainbow waffle, which has been given to me with a hearty amount of icing multiple times in the past.
This time I could barely saw any on there and let the cashier know. She was a bit defensive and said “it melted, it’s hot” to me as if I were a child. I let her know that I usually can see the icing on the waffle and she just stared at me.
All she had to do was kindly state that it probably melted and offer me a little extra on the side as a courtesy, but instead she got defensive and didn’t help me with something so simple. I don’t know if I’ll be returning anytime soon.

I'm gluten free and this restaurant has a great gluten free breakfast sandwich. When I come to Detroit I always eat here for breakfast!

This is the worst breakfast establishment I have ever came across in my life. I highly recommend you stay far away from this restaurant very disorganized paid 30$ for they to hand me my order wrong 3 times and I mean a whole separate order food looked a scrambled mess no effort or care I deadass went back to work in the worse mood 6.50 for a “steamed milk” matcha and they serve you terribly watered down matcha no milk no flavor or sugar even after ordering and asked to remake multiple times just eventually gave up the cooks are very unsanitary touching everything money and cash register same gloves they bag up the food with I genuinely don’t tear down small businesses but I highly recommend the owners do some reflecting or they’ll be sitting in the toilet very soon I was told 10 minute wait and waited 30 plus minutes and still never received my correct order and to top it the cherry on top they promote homemade cinnamon buns that are aldi store premade cinnamon buns with so frosting terrible place to expect enjoyment

I ate every bite! This is a perfect spot to chill and dine on good eats.
The menu has so many good choices, but I chose the Kentucky Hot Chicken Bowl (double meat) with a flaky crispy buttery croissant. The chicken was perfectly charged crispy, and juicy and tender. Even tho the tater-tots were covered in the sauce they were somehow also crispy. The spice kick as an after burn; but the Mule cooled that down.

Decent enough all around meal, took an exceptionally long time for it to come out later in the morning. Foods didn’t have a big punch of flavor. Just fine.
