Or maybe they think this is acceptable service because it is in a neighborhood that is mostly minorities? I wonder if they would allow one of their stores in Farming Hills or Novi to provide subpar service like this? Detroit residence deserve good service as much as any other City!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
