As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

    I just came from there. Some of the worst fast food I've ever had let alone from Rally's or checkers. First the speaker in the drive-thru is so low that you cannot hear the person working. I had to repeat myself many times. There was no other customers in line and I still waited 15 minutes for a burger chicken sandwich and fries. I asked for a Coke and they gave me something else.The fries were cold. I ordered cheese on both of them and paid extra and of course there was no cheese. They literally had to ask me what my order was while I was sitting at the window because no one made my food. Avoid this place at all costs. I seriously don't understand how this place is in business

    THIS WAS THE BEST RALLYS I EVER ATE IT THE CHICKEN SANDWICH WAS ACTUALLY BIG AND GOOD FRESH.... THE APPLE PIE WAS BIG .. THE RALLY'S IN MISSOURI NEED TOO STEP IT UP FRL. IF YOURE IN THE AREA GO THIS RALLYS I GOT FULL REAL FAST. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

    This my 3rd time coming to this location and they are only accepting CASH! And I called today before coming they said their card reader was working just to drive 30mins and it’s not

    I literally paid for extra sauce to get none in the bag when I really just got all the way home. Why can’t they check the bag before handling it out.
