  Very bad service, you go three times in a row that I order wings from there and my order always arrives incomplete, apart from the fact that they always arrive 30 minutes after the agreed time, I do not buy again in that place.

  When we arrived, our server Bailey came and took our orders for drinks. I had ordered a strawberry lemonade with Tito’s. She then proceeded to come over and say she was giving us the Tito’s on the side. Then proceeded to bring us our drinks with the Tito‘s mixed in. We placed our order, When the food arrived, our grilled dippers were crispy dippers, when we ordered the grilled. Our server, then proceeded to say that they don’t have grilled and that I did not order grilled as they were right on the menu. We then asked for silverware, which we did not receive for 20 minutes until our meal was cold, we got them after we had to ask a second time. Our 2nd Water refill, which we still have not received and we left 30 minutes ago. After our grilled dippers were finally brought out then, we ordered a large side of fries, with salt and vinegar. They bought out a regular size with nothing, not a lick of seasoning. After that, we asked to speak with a manager and then the manager came out. We told him everything that happened and then he proceeded to ask if we wanted our fries redone. After the fries got redone, they brought out still a regular size. Then when she gave us our bills, we still got charged for a large fry. In my 12 years of going to Buffalo wild wings, I haven’t received, such a horrible and downright disappointing experience.

  Worst wings I've ever had. Tasted like they've been sitting at the bottom of a deep freezer for 6 months. Tasted like freezer burn or something. My wife went to pick up her order, and stood at the take out counter for 10 minutes and not a single server or anyone asked if she needed help. The person that fills out the take out orders was sitting at a table at the back, doing nothing. He also looked like a customer, so no one would know he was working the counter. Typical BIG KORP restaurant. I bet they are always understaffed, and who does show up is probably way under paid so no one cares. I guess we won't be back. Hard to find a good wings place opened on Sundays. My favorite buff wings are at Tommy's Bar and Grill if anyone is looking. They do a dry rub with the tossed buffalo sauce. Really good.
