  I had a really great experience at Dunkin’ thanks to one of the staff members. The girl working there was extremely friendly, polite, and professional. She greeted me with a smile, took my order quickly, and made sure everything was exactly right. she cares about customers and enjoys her job. Service like this really makes a difference and keeps me coming back.

  I used to stop here for a quick breakfast before work, the customer service was never good. If there is a good amount of people in there you will have a good amount of wait time. I finally decided to stop wasting my money at this place when one morning my hash browns were cold, sandwich was burnt, and the mini bagel bites tasted like the cream cheese was old and the bagel part was stale. I think the only reason why this location is still operating is because of the casino hotel it's connected to.

  super friendly and welcoming staff at this location! The girls here were so sweet and helpful, I really enjoyed my experience and my order was perfect!

  I walked at about 9am in one lady was complaining that she had to make 4 sandwiches, another lady was making coffee and 1 came from the back just to stand on the side, no one acknowledge me or said one moment. I was the only customer in there. I walked back out. Ya’ll not doing nothing major. Its a shame if one of them ladies was the manager because they had no customer service skills whatsoever!
