The location itself is really convenient, especially if you’re in the downtown area and need a quick meal. It’s a typical Chipotle setup where you can build your own burrito, bowl, or tacos, and the food tastes like what you’d expect—fresh ingredients and decent portions. That said, the place can get pretty busy, especially during lunch hours, and the wait times can be longer than you’d expect for fast food. Service can feel a bit rushed, and sometimes the staff seems overwhelmed when it’s crowded. From what I noticed, consistency isn’t always there—some visits are smooth, while others feel disorganized. The restaurant itself is clean enough, but not always spotless during peak times. It’s definitely more of a quick stop rather than somewhere you’d go to sit and relax. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for something fast and filling downtown, but don’t expect perfect service every time. If you catch it at a less busy time, the experience is definitely better.

He was talking through a mistake with an employee and stated “I just want to make sure you can be the best version of yourself”. Every interaction he had with a guest was genuine, he was excited to be there and welcome guests to his store. Working in hospitality, I can tell you this is very rare, especially in a fast casual setting. So much so I had to get on google and leave a review. Kudos to that guy and his team for driving such a positive experience for a busy, downtown eatery.
