- EEEm2 days ago1.0I should have listened to the other reviews. After waiting 30 minutes in a stagnant drive-thru line with 5+ employees visible and no one inside ordering, I finally had to park and go in just to get my food. By the time I got back to work—having wasted my entire lunch hour—I discovered the order was completely wrong and inedible. I had to throw the entire meal away. The worst part isn't even the incompetent service on-site; it’s the "support" afterward. I reached out to customer service with photos and order details. Despite the clear error, they refused a refund and instead offered a BOGO coupon. Why would I want to pay for a second meal at a place that couldn't get the first one right after a 30-minute wait? Don't bother with the "Contact Us" recommendation, they post under every bad review here. I was connected with Joselle, it’s a dead end designed to avoid giving you your money back. This location is poorly managed, and corporate clearly doesn't care about customer retention. Save your time and your money—go literally anywhere else.

I was told it would be a couple more minutes as they were finishing my order. 15 minutes later, I asked for an update and they were JUST STARTING the chicken for my order. It took over 20 minutes to receive my online pickup order and the 2 women working the cashier counter were very rude to me when I asked for an updated ETA. The girl making my meal was kind and apologized for the delay, however.
