  Do not worry about doing a mobile order at this location. They don't have a separate line for service. I sat waiting for someone who said they were going to help me and after 4 minutes I said hello and she said to give her a moment. I told her I was a mobile order and was able to pull forward. Don't offer the mobile drive thru at this location!

  This location is admittedly very new, but the way the team operates is quite different from most Chick-fil-A restaurants. Typically, they work efficiently to get your prepared meal to you quickly and have cars pull forward when needed. At this location, however, you’re made to sit at the window and wait, which really slows things down. The service was very slow overall, and unfortunately, my food experience was not good. Even something as simple as the lemonade was disappointing—it was extremely bitter and undrinkable. I hope this location improves both its service flow and food quality. If you want, I can make it shorter, harsher, or add a star rating.

  We arrived at 9:32, when the line was open, and were stuck waiting until 10:08 with no communication from staff. Due to the way the cones and drive thru were set up, we couldn’t leave the line. While waiting, we noticed they were still taking orders from the first lane, but no one ever acknowledged the second line. Eventually, I got out of my vehicle and walk all the way around the building to speak to someone. I explained that several of us in the second lane had been waiting for over 30 minutes without being served and asked if the speaker might be broken. I was then told that no one was working the second speaker and that it wasn’t taking orders, which was very confusing, since the line was still open and cars were still being allowed to enter it when we arrived. I was then told they were no longer serving food. When I questioned this, I was told they “didn’t have time to close the lane,” yet cones had been placed behind cars that were already in line after us. I explained that I understood if they were closing, but since the line had been open when we arrived, there should have been communication to customers who were already waiting. I was them again told, “We aren’t serving,” and that we could leave the line. Very frustrating experience, especially due to the lack of communication and consideration for customers who had already been waiting for a long time.

  Went to this restaurant for the first time ever. 2:30pm on 3/16/26. There were a few cars in line. The girl outside taking the order took mines. I gave her my order 3 times each time stating no pickles on the 2 sandwiches. I get the food about 6 minutes after ordering. Of course both sandwiches have pickles on them. The one sandwich the bun was so hard like it had been under the heat lamp for atleast an hour. Call the store no answer. Call the complaint holiness, they take my complaint and tell me a ticket has been created and someone from the store will reach out within 24 hours to resolve. Today is 3/21/26 no call or email. I reach out to the complaint holiness, they tell me they sent a reward to my email on the 16th. I have checked my inbox and spam there is nothing there. Terrible first and last experience with this location. I figured it would be like this with a Detroit location. I won't return. Do better!
