As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- BTBensay TillisApr 15, 20261.0Order through door dash as a pick up first go to the front door it's locked a sign is in the windows stating ring the bell for pick up service I say okay proceed to ring the bell no answer for at least 7 minutes so ring it again off back here comes the rude entitled so call employee with a YES what's the name I stay calm I'm in food service also so I let it slide i give him the information he say pick up orders at the drive thru but the sign is stating something differently again I go ahead pull around to the drive thru finally get to the service window give him the name he proceed to say I don't have that order I say here's my phone here's the order paid to this location then he say we sent that out I asked how and I say this is my order so how is it been picked up smartmouth manager got to flipping at the lip before it got to that point I'm Goin walk away before it goes further then it has point
