  It was a Sunday last time I went & they were Very Busy. We still received good service, but the people waiting were not delightful. Why does everyone think they have to be so tough & savage? A smile or opening a door for someone goes a long way. This doesn't reflect Charley's personnel, just the customers!

  OMG. Never going back. They need to get that restaurant together. Very disappointed with cleanliness, customer service was horrible. And this was my first visit. Not going back

  Let me 1st say when i originally came everything was great, this 3rd go round not so much. I called 4 times(i'll place a pic)no answer, and I think stuff life this is because the demand for online ordering is at an all time high but this its a trashy tactic, then to say the, service is wacky is crazier cause why lie? Just say yall don't value the phone enough, frustrating because i was trying to ordering swiftly as my daughter had to use the bathroom. Well that was filthy, literally urine on the surface and dirty everywhere. To a point that my 6 year said "I can wait", I proceeded to tell I assume the manager, in charge because he then left the front, whom said "i can't clean behind every person or ever day" this is outright disgusting!!!! How is one to accept that you can wash your hands after every task or trash run if you don't prioritize a neutral restroom. The final action leading me to the review was that upon reentering the restaurant I was told to " next time keep your receipt" as if it were a child whom he was servicing.
