  Ordered an RT44 cup of ice and this is how I received it. Just got home and it's starting to storm. Could be due to mishandling or the fact that they have rat traps outside. Either way, I won't be ingesting anything that came in that cup. I suppose they couldn't see the cup was damaged before they filled it.

  I order DoorDash from this place often and usually good. The last few times I seem to have an issue. They missed ingredients and now they just gave me someone else’s order. I tried to call and the phone is off! DoorDash is not providing my refund and the are refusing to communicate about the issue!

  Terrible experience!! I love sonic but when I say unacceptable, at all cost. I placed an order for simple items nothing substituted or anything. This burger is pink total no go !. Not to mention the sandwich’s they didn’t even send. I would like for a supervisor to reach out immediately I wouldn’t recommend this location to NO ONE !!

  Only two options on there that are halal. I don’t trust it, the quality control isn’t there. How do you know they didn’t touch bacon with one glove and rubbed it on your patty. Well there goes your halal buddy!
