- YBYay BabyFeb 16, 20265.0I placed an online order and went inside to pick it up and I asked the funny looking caucasian girl with turquoise hair at the register for a cup of water and she walks back over to me within to feet of me put the cup on the countertop and slides the straw to me. That was rude & racist. I pretty sure if I was the same race I both items would've been handed to me directly to my hand.

Her manager Bri will be back Monday allegedly, so now I’m 3 days without my smoothies. I will never come here. Workers have no sense of value & priority for guest. I will take this as far as I have to because this is insane. Customer service is in the trash.
