  McDonald's has been pretty consistent whenever I stop by. Orders are usually accurate, and the food comes out the way you expect from McDonald’s. The staff keeps things moving, and overall it’s a nice, smooth experience most of the time. The only small downside is that it can be a bit hard to hear at times. Other than that, it’s a solid location that does a good job staying consistent.

  The worst McDonald’s they got the worst employees they don’t even care about you and they can barley hear you through the mic and the window

  The two Guys who works the windows are terrible! No acknowledgment whatsoever. You tell them thank you, they ignore you. You tell them you had two orders, they look absolutely baffled! You explain, they're still not understanding. They look at you like you're crazy, smack their lips and go talk about you in the back. Owner, if this behavior doesn't change by next week, I will not return. I'm a daily customer and have no problem going somewhere else that appreciates me. Update one day later... Owner leaves response with no apology whatsoever, just tells me to file a complaint. I will update this review as needed but won't be coming back to this location as owner shows no empathy. Bad Business! Update two days later... I gave them another chance just because I don't want to drive the extra 1 mile to go to the other location, Big Mistake once again. I forgot to mention this before but once again, the fries are not filled all the way, about half even. Notes aren't followed but I'm still charged for extra items like lettuce, cheese. Just very frustrating. You can't blame anybody but the owner. If he cared enough he would have found good management by now or be there himself. This will absolutely be my last time here, my New pick up location is now changed in the app to the other McDonalds. Good luck to you owner, you'll need it after all these terrible reviews you got. One Month later... Dec, 10, 2025, Still no change. Owner doesn't care to make changes, claims to "share details online at a link he provides" and then doesn't do anything about it. Just tells you to complain to corporate. Lost my business, I will drive the extra mile to next location, no problem.
