It has been three months of bad reviews about this same manager and no action has been taken. We are all describing the exact same experience and yet, this woman is still in her position. Clearly, no one cares enough to address this issue. Corporate guest services reached out and said they passed it along to the regional manager. Let's hope they do something about it. I will update my review if they do. I hate giving a bad review but the manager of this location is an embarrassment to this place. She was berating her employees right in front of customers. Every single person in line was horrified at what we were witnessing. Today, my husband went in for lunch and turned right back around after witnessing the manager yet again, yell at the poor girl working with her. The owners of this franchise need to step in and do something about this.
