They refused to make the latte with oat milk even though I had not finished ordering and told me that next time I needed to get my order right the first time. Horrible customer service and if you come here to order make sure you don’t forget a single thing or you won’t get what you want.

Reham helped me out, and she was honestly great—very kind, helpful, and fast without making it feel rushed. She was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was right with my order. It’s always nice when someone treats you with genuine care, and she definitely did. I’ll for sure be coming back because of the great service. ☕🍩

The girl acted confused about what I was requesting. So she finally figured it out. She came back and not only was it in a smaller cup, but she put almost a whole of Tajin in it . That was the most disgusting drink I have ever had. Look at this garbage on the picture. I will never go here again because they always jack something up. They should be ashamed of themselves for this
