Stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings the other night. Food was decent, nothing crazy. What stood out more than anything was the dynamic on the floor.
Our server was fine and did her job, very efficient, but one of the shift managers (tall, very noticeable) kept coming over to her section and talking to her. It didn’t seem work-related. There was a lot of standing close, laughing, and lingering while she was supposed to be taking care of tables.
As someone sitting right there, it felt a little awkward watching it play out. It definitely came across more like flirting than managing. A couple times it seemed like she got a bit distracted mid-task because he kept pulling her into conversation.
It didn’t completely ruin the experience, but it did make things feel less professional than you’d expect. When you’re out to eat, you kind of hope management is focused on running the restaurant, not hanging around one server’s section. I did not get his name but was told he is a shift lead/manager. Unacceptable
Overall: food was fine, atmosphere was a little strange.

We come here once or twice a month, the atmosphere is always good, the service & food are good. We tried new menu items last night i got the ultimate sampler which might be my go to from now on. However, I didn't love the sliders, but they were okay, my husband got the spicy chicken sandwich and really liked it. So give the be menu a try.

I have visited several Buffalo Wild Wings locations before and have always had a good experience, which is why this visit was especially disappointing.
To be fair, the food was good no complaints about the wings or overall quality. However, the service completely ruined our evening. The waitress who took our order made us feel very uncomfortable from the start. She seemed to have a problem with us and her behavior came across as rude and discriminatory. We have never experienced anything like this at any other Buffalo Wild Wings location.
She messed up the sauce we ordered with our wings, and when she brought our drinks, she casually threw the straws onto the table instead of handing them to us properly. We were not provided with utensils, even after requesting them. Her overall attitude felt dismissive and unwelcoming.
We actually traveled across the border specifically to have dinner at this location, and we truly regret choosing it. This was not the level of service we expected. The Buffalo Wild Wings location in Eureka has always treated us much better and provided a far more positive experience.
We arrived around 7:25 PM (16th February 2026) and had a sofa table for 3. I would strongly encourage the management team to look into this matter so that other customers do not have a similar experience. If more details are needed, I would be happy to provide them.
I hope this feedback helps improve the service at this location.
