    Food tastes like the oil is old and needs to be replaced. Not to mention they messed up my sandwich. I only took 2 bites of my food and threw it all out. Absolutely disgusting, will not be back. Go to the location on Southfield

    Expensive garbage. The pop was horrible it has a nasty rank taste like they never clean the lines. I opened the cup and it looked like brown sludge it's disgusting and they change for cheddar cups but you never receive them. It's your job to make sure the order is correct before you give them to people. Do better Arby's or lower your prices so they reflect the garage you are serving. And stop hiring people that can't read and has no work ethic.

    It’s evident that no one working here values their job or anyone besides themselves. We’re packing to move so placed an order via DoorDash. The order arrived with literally 5 fries in the container, missing and broken potato cakes, sandwiches falling apart, and forgot an item. I bypassed DD and called the store directly. A woman answered the phone and I explained what happened, asked if they thought it was acceptable and the response was “I didn’t pack that bag.” Then I asked if there was a manager I could speak to… “I am the manager.” Then take accountability. I did end up going up there and they replaced the order but the sandwiches were cut inly half way through. If you’re looking for quality, this is not the place you’ll receive it.

    Thank you for the good food but this has literally been the 3rd time I’ve came here, ordered something, then was given something different. There are further Arby’s but those are ones that will give you what you paid for. To add, the place was great for fast food but ever since about 1-2 months ago I have never gotten anything I’ve ordered. There was something missing or was given something else, always. I would love to go in and ask for the right order, but after this many times you must know that you’re giving people the wrong food and just don’t care. This isn’t a once or twice thing, it’s near systematic. We all live in this city, why do we have to do this to each other?
