  This Starbucks is the worst in the area, I only come here when I’m visiting my parents and get hungry on the drive. The staff is incredibly rude and will ignore you. They’ll pretend you’re not standing in front of the register before even acknowledging you. They’ll even lock eye contact with you, and if you try to ask a question, you’ll be met with an attitude. I can’t tell who the manager is because everyone acts like a fool. My parents used to take me here in 2021, and it was always a lackluster store. I don’t know if the same manager has been in charge since then, but they need to replace the entire staff. The food isn’t anything special, and the customer service is terrible. You won’t leave with any good memories or fun moments. Every time you come here, you’ll think, “Is this worth the food this experience!??

  I been ordering from taco bell for a long time, i assume that the chicken chalupa meal was still a number 6, however it was changed to a number 1. The manager was so rude when i came to tell her that wasn’t the meal i ordered, she stated that she ask me to review the screen and wasn’t replacing my order. Her and her co worker though it was a joke because when i asked for the manager name the co worker gone say i don’t know..

  The staff working the drive through and front counter right now is not friendly. How do you roll your eyes at someone for asking for a total before you hand them your money. The drink machine was filthy. They ignored another customer. They need to do better

  The employees are too busy screwing around at this location to get my boyfriend and I's order correct. We ordered two $5 boxes, with some modifications simply swapping some ground beef to potatoes, and all of the ingredients were swapped, my burrito was missing refried beans. To make things worse I found a hair in my burrito. Absolutely disgusting. They clearly aren't paying attention to detail and are too busy standing around laughing. I expect better from Taco Bell, but you keep hiring people that clearly don't want to work. It's sad.

  I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received every time i come through the drive thru. Every time I express gratitude, I am met with complete silence, and the tone conveyed through the speaker is unpleasant. Furthermore, the staff handle my bags roughly without acknowledging me. Consistently, my orders are incorrect, and when I attempted to place an additional order through the drive-thru while picking up a mobile order, I was informed that this was not possible, which seems illogical. I strongly suggest reconsidering the training and staffing to address these issues, as the experience’s have been thoroughly disappointing.
