  waited 10 minutes on an order they messed up told me they had them told me they didn’t. they had hot coffee but not iced? it’s as simple as throwing some ice in the coffee??? when I asked how was that manager response was she dosent work there ? better service at any other McDonald’s!

  Very friendly staff, the place is clean and and its very quiet and peaceful in the mornings, the food is great too

  My order was sitting back there for 10 minutes so now my food is soggy. They don't apologize or anything. Also they guard the ketchup like it's the holy grail. This mcdonalds sucks. It's just that one lady who works the register who isn't good at her job causing long waits and inconveniences. Asked for extra ketchup for my fry because 4 packets isn't enough and she gave me 1 more packet. She was obviously being petty. I'd say I would need 2 or 3 more. I would have been happy with just 2 more. Never going back to this mcdonalds again.

  But im not happy. I was just up there 3/11/26 at 320pm and I ordered a triple cheese and received a double cheese which I didnt see til I opened my inside out wrapped "triple cheese" and saw only two hamburger patties on there. I tried calling twice and you guys are not that busy to not answer. I was just there. The screen said triple cheese. NOT double cheese. Dont mess it up again please. And yes I did use my reward. Itll be under my name.
