- ACAna C.2 days ago1.0I placed a mobile order at around 9:45pm on 1/1/26 . I went to pick it up & there was two girls working counting the register. I tell them I got an online order & they stated "we are closed, we arent doing any more orders" ........ mind you, their hours say they close at 12am. Its only 9:50ish. I asked the girl if their hours changed she said "well, just for today because its sunday" 😂 what ? Your hours state you close at 12am on Sunday, what do you mean? Its on the door and on Google hours and in the app. I asked her how I get a refund then & she says I have to "void it in the app" there is no option to void it in the app ! I have to call my bank and dispute it. What terrible business, honestly. Closing at what ever time you feel like while keeping door dash ordering, mobile ordering & your front door all open is crazy. Terrible service, what kind of business closes when ever they want while having hours posted . Closing 2.5 hours ahead of closing time is crazy. What a inconvenience & waste of time & gas.
- CCcooper6 days ago1.0terrible service both online and in person they have forgotten my itens and given me the entirely wrong order. refuse to answer the phone so if they forget on the app delivery youre made to call the store which doesnt answer. wasted $15 extra dollars to make all my sandwiches meals to have nothing but the sandwiches. all teenagers smoking weed pens while they work there. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
