- TTTofuNov 17, 20251.0Tonight, came to the subway after a long day and there was no one behind the counter and one of the female workers was standing in the middle of the store. After asking if there is anyone to help me out, she responded with, “it would be rude if there wasn’t, didn’t you hear them in the back.” What kind of attitude is that? after 10 seconds a guy came out and gave her cups to stock I assume or something and went to help me. There was no one in the store and he was working very slow. When I was paying for the 2 six inch tuna subs, usually the person would ask if I wanted to make it one footlong so it would be cheaper. He didn’t, So I had to ask if he could charge it as one footlong, he must have not heard me so he charged me for two six inches which is more expensive. Did not even give me napkins for my takeout with the subs which I have seen every subway I’ve ever went to give napkins. Bad experience, I won’t be coming to this subway again. The sub was alright. I also went there on Friday night, the other lady there was nice.

Jessica was incredibly friendly, professional, and fast. She greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in, took the time to get my order exactly how I wanted it, and made sure everything was fresh and perfect. You can tell she really cares about her job and the customers. The store was clean, the food was great, and Jessica’s positive attitude made the visit even better. If every Subway had a worker like Jessica, I’d be there every day. Definitely five-star service!
