I don’t go to Panera bread very often, so I typically stick to what I know. But he offered me some alternative options and they were absolutely delicious! He was also very kind and personable. I work in the food industry myself, so I know it can be tough sometimes so I try to shout out the workers who come in and still do their best. I truly hope this review reaches him because his positive attitude and how friendly he was definitely made the experience both welcoming and memorable. The kitchen staff also did a great job and my food came out fast and hot. I definitely will be back!

Nobody was doing anything about it so I went somewhere else. Came back tonight and the guy was back. He must have been picking through the garbage for a half hour. Then there was also a man rolling a cigarette or joint at a table and another guy nodding off or sleeping sitting up in a booth. No food. Just hanging out. And as other have pointed out the bathroom is really gross. Place needs to be cleaned more especially at night when they aren't busy.
