  Khalid at the front was super nice I came late and just ask for what coffee was bread newest knowing its hour before close not expecting it to be fresh he said I'll make you a new one and insisted I didn't ask but that good service

  I went inside to pick up the food and the lady that was preparing the food was very unprofessional, rude, mean and made nasty comments. Definitely I’m not going there anymore and will not recommend my family members or friends to go there. Due to the nasty comments that she made I lost my appetite which made me go to the nearest gas station and toss it in the garage can.

  I had a recent order that left me very disappointed, which is unusual for me as I eat at Panera Bread often and typically have great experiences. I ordered a whole turkey sandwich and a whole Green Goddess salad. Unfortunately, the bread on the sandwich was extremely dry and stale (I have never had bread like this at Panera before). Additionally, the salad contained very little lettuce and farro, which did not reflect the quality or portion size I usually receive. When I asked if the items could be remade, the staff member stated that this was simply “how it’s made,” which was discouraging and did not address my concerns about freshness or portioning. I genuinely enjoy Panera Bread but it made me think about if I want to ever eat at that location again.
