The sign clearly states that your blizzard is served upside down, without spilling out or your next one is free. The young lady was served what could have been a slightly thickened cold soup (it poured out of the cup when tilted). She requested politely that it should be remade correctly and the manager (at least this individual claimed to be the manager) refused and stated that it was made the right way. The customer then requested her money back mind you the customer never became rude or irate. The employee/ manager demanded that she leave the premises or the police would be called. The customer moved to the side but remained at the facility, without any disruption. This rude individual called the police on this young lady. I tried to intervene and requested to leave my information for the owner and I was told that the owner was called along with the police. So there was no need and the so called manager walked away from the window. WOW
