I guess since its doordash only they assume they can have nasty attitudes and ignore food safety since the customer isnt watching. Wrong. Stood for 10 minutes. Finally was asked what the name on my order was, let them know I haven’t ordered yet. Was ignored, figured ok maybe busy. Waited another 5, asked if they weren’t taking orders, was told its online only. I asked so when you asked what my order was and I said I didnt place one yet you didnt think to tell me? Was then met with a nasty teenage attitude saying they shouldnt have to say something (make that make sense) You work here, it is your JOB to say something. Doordash orders or not, its still customer service. Finally someone said they would take my order, walked out after looking at the nasty old food spread about.

- JAJonathon ANov 15, 20251.0‼️This place would be fire but staff if Rude, I get the side eye for asking something I bought with my own money just for them to give me minimal amount of carne asada like 2 peices as I was very positive and friendly, you walk inside this place just to get ignored and seems like they don’t even care,it’s really hard for people to just do their job nowadays and it’s upsetting, the owner seems to not even care at all as you see all the other reviews. This chipotle needs to be better and it could be.

The chicken bowl I ordered not only had too much rice (I requested light) it was gummy. I also asked for chips with my order but received an under done, borderline obscene tortilla shell. This isn't the first time they've messed up my order, but it is officially my last time. I enjoy Chipotle... but never again from this location.
