  Absolutely unacceptable, this location is horrible. They either never have product, clean spaces, or staff! I wasn't able to pick up my order at all and I paid for it. I will NEVER EVER EVER be back!

  I can't waste time going to this location anymore. They are always out of something. Tonight it was lettuce and cheese. Waited in line for 10 minutes to find out they don't have two of the most common ingredients. You can tell the employees are just as frustrated as the customers.

  Undercooked (crunchy) rice. Over cooked chicken. This is the worst chipotle in existence. If you're thinking of coming here don't. Go to the next closest one, the drive will make up for how long it takes to get your food. The workers are constantly very slow, no matter how many people are present, they're rude, and have no sense of urgency whatsoever. They're always out of everything. EVEN WHEN THERE IS NOBODY IN THE BUILDING. Workers are all look like they hate you and their jobs. Whoever the hiring manager is here needs an evaluation because this has been an issue, since this location opened. I've been here plenty of times because I used to live nearby and I would just deal with it. But going between the canton and novi locations recently really shows how little this location cares about anything going on.

  they legitimately played in my bro, 4 freaking strips of lettuce like what happened to the shredded lettuce like it really just irritates me i need a crunch in every bite i take. THEY PLAYEDDDD!!!!!!😡😡😡😡 and i was waiting for a very long time

  Not sure why they even have a bad rating, best experience I’ve had at chipotle in awhile, the Allen park location is in shambles so I finally decided to take the further drive here and I’m glad I did, service was great employee was so kind I got a normal portion without having to ask for more like I do at Allen park, the food was actually at the company standard you can tell they follow the recipes everything was seasoned PERFECT. The cherry on top was how clean this location was the staff was actively cleaning the entire visit the tables were clean the trash was changed the line where food is kept was tidy and clean as well, they ran out of napkins by the forks and without even asking the lady at register came and gave us napkins without hesitation! EXCELLENT service best experience I’ve had at chipotle in awhile I will most definitely be coming here instead moving forward!
