  Great food! Always delicious. Unfortunately the staff, including the manager on duty this evening had a horrible tone. Here's some advice, when someone calls and asks to speak to a manager, listen to understand do not listen just to respond. Understanding, patience and empathy go a very long way. In this economy, customer service means everything.
