    Dined in here on 2/13/26 around 7pm. Employee was outside in front of the store smoking weed and cussing at customers. While we were inside, the employee came back inside and continued cussing and rambling on. Management did nothing until the police arrived. Worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time…

    Observed a McDonald's employee leaning over the fry station without a beard cover or hair cover. Which is in violation of McDonald's policies. Reported it to corporate and some woman reached out to me and said that they didn't have to where a beard net where food is cooking. I observed him standing there and handling food numerous times.

    Honestly surprised anybody here still has a job. Terrible at taking an order and even worse at getting it made correctly. The worst McDonald’s in genesee county don’t waste your time or money

    I just wanted a mcflury and I was shocked to see how small the cups gotten and the price went up. You don't even get the cup full it's half empty for almost 5 bucks I will not ever buy this again . I've gotten them from other stores and they are always full to the bend in the cup/lid. I feel cheated and I even asked if this was the right size I paid for. There might be 25cents worth of ice cream in this cup
